Here is a small trick you can use to get in , incase you have trouble loggin in 

1. OPen the app & try to login / get to the error message that says - Access Denied Please Login 
2. Hit the home button at this point 
3. Then double press the home button - you will see row come up at the bottom with all your apps 
4. Find KumoTeam and tap/hold on it for 5 seconds , all of them will start to wiggle 
5. tap the small X at the top right of KumoTeam to Force close it 
6. hit the home button 
7. Launch kumoteam again 
8. You should be logged in 
9. Hit the SYNC button on the top left to download all the jobs
